Pie maker Caramilk sticky date puddings

Ingredients (8)

  • 340g pkt vanilla cake mix
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 60g (3 tbsp) softened butter
  • 475g Sara Lee Sticky Date Pudding
  • 180g Caramilk chocolate, chopped
  • Sara Lee French Vanilla Ice cream, to serve
  • Caramel topping, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Place cake mix340g pkt vanilla cake mix, milk160ml (2/3 cup) milk, eggs2 eggs and butter60g (3 tbsp) softened butter into the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Beat for 3 minutes. Break up sticky date pudding475g Sticky Date Pudding into 1-2cm pieces. Add to cake mix with Caramilk180g Caramilk chocolate, chopped and mix well to combine.
  • Step 2 Preheat a four-hole pie maker (see note). Place 1/8 of mixture into each pie hole. Close lid. Cook for 9 minutes or until just cooked through (see note). Remove from the pie maker and set aside to cool for 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining pudding mixture.
  • Step 3 Serve puddings warm with vanilla ice cream French Vanilla Ice cream, to serve and caramel toppingCaramel topping, to serve.
