Ingredients (6)
- 2 rosehip tea bags
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cups soda water, chilled
- 1 small orange, thinly sliced
- 2 cups ice cubes, crushed
Method
- Step 1 Place tea bags in a heatproof jug. Add boiling water. Set aside to allow flavours to develop. Discard tea bags. Stir in honey. Cool completely.
- Step 2 Transfer tea to a large serving jug. Add soda water, orange and ice. Serve.
