Ingredients (3)

  • 6 garlic bulbs, cloves separated
  • 1 1/4 cups Coles Brand Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 bay leaves

Method

  • Step 1 Place garlic, oil and bay leaves in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5 mins or until small bubbles start to appear. Reduce heat to low and cook for 40 mins or until garlic is soft. Spoon into a sterilised jar and set aside to cool.
