Ingredients (3)

  • 2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, chopped
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Method

  • Step 1 Place ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar has dissolved.
  • Step 2 Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve with French rissoles (see related recipe) or roast pork.
