Cut the ginger into shreds, squeeze out the ginger water with gauze, pour it into a bowl, add 15 ml of milk, and a piece of brown sugar. -

Pour milk and sugar into the pot. -

Put in a piece of brown sugar and bring to a slow boil over low heat until the brown sugar melts. -

Quickly pour in the ginger water, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. -
