Tips
The syrup is the homemade inverted syrup I left over when making mooncakes. It is easier to buy ready-made milk tea syrup online.
2. The pitaya must be boiled for a short time. Just boil the water in the pot for about 30 seconds. If the dragon fruit is boiled for a long time, it will become soft and inflexible.
